EyeXperts is founded group of eye care professionals with the experience of more than 15 years each.  Aim of EyeXperts is to provide management consultancy to eye hospitals to improve their process and systems. Healthcare is often seen with modern medical equipments and out of date process and systems due to non-availability of trained hospital management professionals.

Given the highly fragmented nature of health care market and growing competition, change and innovation have become inevitable in managing hospitals, in fact, key to survival. With increasing growth in this sector, there is a crying need for professionals to bring management skills for efficient administration. EyeXperts is born to provide implementation support to hospitals. EyeXperts will achieve this by deputing a hospital manager who can work along with the clinical team to innovate and scale the operations.

Vasantha’s core strength is building and managing high volume, high quality and financially self-sustainable eye hospitals. Several projects, eye hospitals and eye bank that he implemented across many countries are testament to his implementation abilities. As a social entrepreneur set up two green field secondary eye care centers in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (India). Vasantha has spent19 years in healthcare service delivery, INGO Sector and continue to be inspired by how service delivery innovations can uplift underserved communities that are lacking access to quality and affordable healthcare. Vasantha played key role in implementing and spreading the Affordable eye care model in India, Nepal, Vietnam and Africa that was tested and developed by Aravind Eye Hospital, India. Vasantha has a post graduate degree in business administration and he is trained improvement coach from Institute of Healthcare Improvement, USA

Ramesh Kumar is a seasoned healthcare leader in the eye care industry, with over 15 years of dedicated service. With a Master’s degree in Optometry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management, he seamlessly integrates clinical expertise with strategic management acumen. As a clinician, Ramesh has provided compassionate care to over 100,000 patients, prioritizing quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. In his role as Associate Director-Operations, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing a social eye care business startup, leveraging his strategic vision and analytical skills to achieve financial sustainability and scalability. Ramesh’s core strengths include strategy development, market analysis, hospital setup, operations management, and team development, all underpinned by a firm commitment to quality and patient-centered care.
